課程大綱	介紹有關基因表現的定量與其應用於研究基因調控等之原理及相關技術。包括點突變實驗、核酸萃取、基因定序反應、即時性聚合脢連鎖反應 (real-time PCR)的原理及應用、基因表現的偵測及生物資訊的應用等。
