課程大綱	本課程將講授基本基因轉殖及剔除技術，及其在胚胎發生學，未知基因的功能探討方面的研究。最新進的技術如胚胎幹細胞的體外分化誘導，體細胞核轉殖研究及應用。此外各種因相關科技所引發的倫理及醫學問題也將是本課程的內容。
